Hello! My name is Justin Ath
I am a STUDENT AT the University of Redlands, where I AM STUDYING AND EARNING MY DEGREE IN Business. Growing up, sports were a huge part of my life, playing soccer and baseball FROM THE AGE OF 8 all the way through my senior year of high school. Unfortunately, I had to step away from playing after donating MY kidney, but during that time I realizeD my passion for photography and videography had grown immensely. This creative outlet allowed me to stay close to sports and fueled my drive to pursue a career in the marketing and CONTENT industry.
My journey with photography began in my junior year of high school, when I took a yearbook elective. I fell in love with filming and editing, particularly sports events, which were later integrated into our yearbook as interactive QR codes. In college, I actively sought out opportunities to sharpen my skills. from volunteering at various events to landing an internship with Raincross Boxing Academy as a Marketing and Content Intern. This experience opened doors for me, and I eventually became the team content creator for C&F Boxing in San Bernardino, producing short-form content and social media visuals for their boxers.
As I continued THROUGH college, I was fortunate to intern with both the University of Redlands Men's Basketball team and the Cal Baptist University Women's Basketball team, where I photographed games and captured behind-the-scenes moments with players. Recently, I expanded my skillset into graphic design, teaching myself Adobe Photoshop to create player graphics across various sports.
